Geochemical Client Support

Our client support professionals are experienced in handling requests, answering questions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Supervised by a seasoned professional with more than two decades in the laboratory field, our dedicated Customer Support Representatives take pleasure in making the extra effort to satisfy our customers. Our client support department can be reached at 814-443-1671 during business hours of Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

Permit Review - We will review all permits from your site to make sure that you are getting all of the analysis that is required and to verify that you are not paying for unneccessary analysis.

Reporting - We mail copies of the final report to your site and if requested we can email a PDF copy of the report as well as create a wide variety of Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD) or custom EDD to meet your requirements.

Sample Acceptance - See the below bullets for sample receipt guidance.

  • Sample Acceptance Hours M-F 7am-7pm EST
  • Saturday deliveries are not available without laboratory approval.
  • MBAS samples are no longer accepted after noon on Friday's without prior approval. Samples approved for acceptance after noon on Friday will be subject to a 2x rush fee
  • Micro Samples are accepted up to 6:30PM EST Monday through Thursday. We do not accept Micro samples on Fridays or the day before Holidays.

Courier Services - We provide pick-up and delivery services of samples to ensure prompt turn around time (TAT) of laboratory results. Our couriers pick up your laboratory specimens at agreed-upon times or we work with Fed-Ex Express shipping depending on client location.

Client Supplies - We ship all pre-labeled bottles and containers in pre-staged coolers for upcoming field sampling events via Fed-Ex for ease of sampling.

Field Sampling - We also offer field sampling services where our professional staff will come to your site and sample all requested areas. For more information please contact a client support representative.

Chain of Custody - This document must accompany your samples. They are provided in the pre-staged coolers for your convience or you can fill out the form here and send it along with your samples. Chain of Custody Form
